Methodology

The barometer covers the active, approved roles in the Inpactum catalogue, which are exactly the ones members see. A role leaves the count as soon as its source withdraws it or moderation rejects it.

The catalogue is built by daily crawling: API Engagement for skills-based volunteering (today almost entirely JeVeuxAider), France Travail, 80,000 Hours, LinkedIn for freelance assignments, and the career pages of the organisations themselves. It therefore describes what those sources publish, not the whole market.

Enrichment is partial. Impact sector and experience level are inferred automatically and are missing on some roles. Two rules follow: a share is always calculated against the roles that state the dimension, never against the whole catalogue, and any breakdown where fewer than half the roles state it is not published at all. Skills-based volunteering assignments, which come from a source that categorises them upstream, are not part of the sector breakdown.
