The community behind
Tech for Good.

Inpactum brings together the impact organizations that carry the work, the digital experts who deliver it and the advisors who move it forward. One space, one shared language.

Why we exist

Impact organizations struggle to put their digital needs into words. Not for lack of will, but for lack of a shared language. How do you state clearly what you need when you don't speak the same vocabulary as developers?

Digital experts don't know where their skills would genuinely help. They are looking for meaning, for concrete work, for organizations that value what they do. But the non-profit world and the tech world rarely cross paths on their own.

Advisors do the connecting, without a tool built for it. Foundations, incubators, networks: they point their organizations towards the right people, follow their progress, build trust. With no shared space, that work stays invisible.

The problem was never a lack of will. Everyone was committed, separately: organizations searching, experts contributing, advisors guiding. What was missing was a common space to meet, understand one another and act together.

So we built Inpactum.
The community that brings
all of Tech for Good together.

Vision

An ecosystem where impact organizations and digital experts act together

We picture a future where every impact organization finds the skills it needs, where every digital expert can contribute in concrete ways, and where advisors have a shared space to make that connection with confidence.

Mission

Keeping the Tech for Good community alive

Inpactum gives organizations the words to state their needs clearly, experts the work that means something, and advisors the space to orchestrate those encounters, through resources, the forum and the directory.

Values

🔗

A shared space

The problem is not a lack of will: everyone commits on their own side. Inpactum is where the ecosystem meets. We replace no one, we connect.

🤝

Three roles, one community

Impact organizations, digital experts, advisors: each has their place, their language, their needs. Inpactum brings them into the same space.

📖

Openness & sharing

Knowledge multiplies when it is shared. Our resources, our conversations and our lessons learned are open to everyone.

🌱

Real impact, not rhetoric

We do not measure success in growth, but in real impact: needs stated clearly, expertise well directed, projects moving forward.

Our story

Why we built all this

Inpactum grew out of a simple observation. On one side, thousands of digital experts who want their work to mean something, with no idea where to contribute. On the other, hundreds of impact organizations short on digital skills, with no idea how to find them or how to ask without drowning in jargon.

And all around them, an ecosystem already hard at work: foundations, incubators, networks, volunteering platforms, collectives and mission-driven agencies. Each doing remarkable work with their own audience.

But each moving separately. Generalist job boards bury the roles that matter. Tech forums don't speak to non-profits. No space had been designed for all three at once.

Inpactum is that space. A community built around what brings people closer: resources open to all, a three-way help forum, a member directory, and concrete opportunities, so that meeting one another finally becomes the norm.
